Ioana is a Senior Associate at Bulboaca & Asociatii SCA.

She has experience in corporate transactions, labour and litigation matters. She has been involved in matters related to employment contracts for staff and executives, employee benefit plans, pensions and executive compensation packages. Ioana has extensive experience in the practice of litigation and arbitration, dealing with contentious matters in various areas of practice.

Ioana graduated from the Law School of the Bucharest University and she is a member of the Romanian Bar Association. She is fluent in English.
