Costin is a Senior Associate at Bulboaca & Asociatii SCA.

His expertise includes advising a broad range of clients such as major international corporations, investments funds and banks in various financing projects (including real estate and M&A project finance), as well as various other corporate & commercial aspects. His expertise also extends to insurance and other financial services, and drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.

Costin graduated from the Law School of the Bucharest University and he is a member of the Romanian Bar Association. He also holds a LLB in EU Law from Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne University. He is fluent in English and French.
