Iulia is a Partner at Bulboaca & Asociatii SCA.
Before joining Bulboaca & Asociatii, Iulia
was an Associate with the corporate practice of
the Bucharest office of a Magic Circle law firm.
She has been extensively involved in a broad range
of public and private M&A transactions, as well
as corporate & commercial matters, including
corporate governance, shareholders' agreements,
takeovers, winding-up and liquidation of companies.
She advised on some of the largest privatisation projects,
and also has significant experience in the banking &
finance practice.
Iulia’s expertise includes labour practice, representing
clients in highly sensitive cases. She was heavily involved
in matters related to employment contracts for staff and
executives, employee benefit plans, pensions and executive
compensation packages.
On environmental law, Iulia was particularly involved in a
wide range of matters related to environmental regulations
and liability, compliance and permitting issues, management
of and claims related to contaminated land, waste management,
and issues deriving from infrastructure projects.
Iulia graduated from the Law School of the Bucharest University
and she is a member of the Romanian Bar Association. She is fluent
in English.
