Corina is a Partner at Bulboaca & Asociatii SCA.
Before joining Bulboaca & Asociatii, Corina worked
for and was elected on 1st January 2007 as a Partner at
one of the top Romanian law firms.
Corina’s key qualifications include structuring
of high profile M&A, commercial transactions, large
international financing transactions, banking and project
finance. She was involved in several key privatisation
transactions in Romania. She has also extensive experience in
representing lenders and borrowers on a wide range of cross-border
and domestic financing transactions.
Corina graduated from the Law School of the Nicolae
Titulescu University and she is a member of the Romanian
Bar Association. She is fluent in English.
