Voichita is an Associate at Bulboaca & Asociatii SCA.

She has experience in various matters pertaining to mergers & acquisitions, competition and State Aid.

Voichita graduated from the Law School of Bucharest University and she is a member of the Romanian Bar Association. She holds a Master Degree in European Union Business Law from the Law School of the Amsterdam University. She is fluent in English,  French and Spanish.
