Raluca is an Associate at Bulboaca & Asociatii SCA.

She has experience in corporate transactions, as well as in banking & finance transactions. Her expertise also extends to insurance and other financial services, and drafting and negotiating of commercial contracts.

Raluca graduated from the Law School of the Bucharest University and she is a member of the Romanian Bar Association. She also holds a LLB in EU Law from Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne University. She is fluent in English and French.
