Mihai is an Associate at Bulboaca & Asociatii SCA. Before joining Bulboaca & Asociatii, Mihai was a Senior Advisor with the regulatory and compliance department of an important business advisory firm.

Mihai specialises in insolvency, corporate and commercial matters.

He graduated from the Law School of the Bucharest University and from the University of Paris I, Pantheone - Sorbonne, Faculty of European Law and he is a member of the Romanian Bar Association. He also holds a LLM in Business Law from Bucharest University. He is fluent in English, French and Italian.
