Mihaela is an Associate at Bulboaca & Asociatii SCA. She has experience in litigation and dispute resolution with an extensive practice in restructuring and insolvency matters covering all kind of debt recovery proceedings. She is a member of the National Union of Insolvency Practitioners in Romania since 2009 and an INSOL Europe member since 2010.

Mihaela also advises clients in intellectual property matters.

She graduated from the Law School of the Dimitrie Cantemir Bucharest University and she is a member of the Romanian Bar Association. She is fluent in English.
