Catalin is an Associate at Bulboaca & Asociatii SCA.

He is a member of the banking & finance team as well as of the corporate M&A team.

Catalin graduated from the Law School of the Bucharest University and he holds a master degree in European Criminology and Criminal Justice Systems at the Ghent University in Belgium. He is fluent in English.
