Andrada is an Associate at Bulboaca & Asociatii SCA.
She is a member of the corporate and commercial team, with a great experience in
labour and insolvency proceedings. She also coordinates the tax practice of the
firm. Before joining Bulboaca & Asociatii, Andrada was the head of the legal
and compliance department of one of the top local non-banking financial institutions.
Andrada graduated from the Law School of Bucharest University and she is a member
of the Romanian Bar Association. She is fluent in English and French.
